Eating less? Working out more? Still not seeing results?

So many times I work with clients who have the thought that eating less and working out more is the answer to getting in shape. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. It’s my goal to help others learn, love and understand their bodies.





She was eating about 1400 calories in the photo on the left, and thus far we have been able to increase her to over 2070 calories. She is currently lifting 5 days and 0-1 cardio sessions per week. There is a 13lb weight loss between these photos as she is amidst her journey to her goal of feeling her best on her wedding day!Screen Shot 2016-06-29 at 11.32.46 AM



We will continue increasing intake a few more weeks before we start into a lean out phase for her goal date.

I have always been an advocate for making regular physical activity and exercise a top priority through working towards bold and ambitious goals in all areas of life. I love what I do! I get to help people achieve their physical goals while tackling any mental obstacles standing in their way, it’s “mind over matter” in the best possible way. If the mind is strong, the body can achieve the same and vice versa. It is my belief that exercise is a great opportunity to attain a mental and physical balance.
