why is my coaching style unique?

The way I coach is very personal and individualized. I believe that the inside must be balanced and thriving for the outside to see results. By helping you look within to understand your body, mind and habits, you learn the skills you need to support habit change, counteract emotions/thoughts and create a foundation for permanent changes in your body.

Coaching is about uncovering what’s holding you back from reaching your goals, things such as your relationship with food, self-sabotage, body image, self belief, digestive issues, daily habits, gut health and metabolism. Long term success is created by getting to the root of the cause and building a strong foundation (inside) to carry a strong physique (outside). It is in this self investment that you will find your confidence improve, dedication grow, and mindset strengthen setting you up for lasting results. No more yo-yoing! (Celebrations!)

The best part about coaching? You aren’t left finding your way, alone. I’m available day by day, week by week to co-create strategies for overcoming challenges that come up along the way. Together we will defeat frustrations, create consistency and turn your weaknesses into strengths. While I provide the guidance, education, accountability and objectivity needed, everything we do, is driven by you.

What's Included

  • Goal setting, guidance and progress tracking
  • Continuous support for strengthening mindset, creating behavior change and building your best self from the inside-out.
  • Initial customized nutrition plan created based upon your health questionnaire, lifestyle, habits and goals. This includes:
    • Weekly, or as-needed, adjustments to diet protocol based on biofeedback
    • Daily recommended macronutrient intake (or agreed upon system of nutrition)
    • Nutrient Timing
    • A customized sample menu based off your initial nutrition guidelines
    • Supplementation Guide
    • Help with: understanding food labels and nutrients, cooking, meal ideas, menu planning & recipes
  • Customized training programs (changed as needed or on average every 6-8 weeks): You’ll go to the gym knowing exactly what to do and when to do it. No wasted time – get in, work hard, get out. This includes:
    • A detailed strength routine telling you what exercises to do, how many reps, how many sets and personalized notes to help guide you
    • A detailed cardiovascular routine
    • Adjustments to training and new plans given per your needs
    • Ability to submit videos for exercise technique feedback
  • Weekly check in’s with client tracker for accountability and progress monitoring
  • Support and insights for creating habit changes and living your style of wholesomely
  • Unlimited email/text contact to have your questions answered and get the personal attention and support you need to succeed

*With coaching your plan may be adjusted weekly. This is important for you when special events come up, eating out, travels/vacations and more so that you can continue your journey to your goals and enjoy life at the same time.

STEP 01.

Fill in the Questionnaire telling me a bit about yourself.

I will contact you to set up a time to speak via phone or video to further discuss your current challenges, what you need to be successful and how you best make changes to ensure success.

STEP 03.

Once you officially purchase your program, the creation begins. You'll receive your initial baseline program within 5-7 days.

Sometimes you just don’t have the time or the brainpower to do the thinking. And frankly, your meal ideas are starting to get stale. Let me do the thinking for you. I will take in consideration your likes/dislikes, taste buds, lifestyle and body needs to create daily menus and grocery lists to help you stay consistent with your commitment to eating healthy (and help make those busy weeks feel less stressful).

I’m serious when I say you are not alone on this journey to your goals. The path to becoming a better you is anything but linear and with that we need unbiased support. From personal pep talks and specific mindset trainings to co-strategy planning sessions, I’m here to support you all the way. Coaching is primarily text/email supported, but you may find yourself needing 1:1 video or voice time too! Schedule weekly sessions or just one from time to time as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

 

Are the coaching services refundable?

Sorry, the coaching services are not refundable.

How do we communicate?

Communication is via email, text or Whatsapp as well as through our weekly tracker in Google Docs. While we have 1 specific day for check in each week, you are able to reach out 24/7, 7 days a week. I encourage you to communicate often. The more you are open and let me know what's going on, the better I can coach you. If at any time you have a question or concern, message and ask!

What happens if I want to stop?

You are able to stop Coaching at any time, all you need to do is message to state your will to discontinue and I will take you off the recurring payment system for the coming month. Simple as that. Please note that Coaching is a consecutive month-to-month program if you choose to stop before the initial 3 month commitment is finished, you will NOT be refunded.

What if I have a trip planned in the midst of my coaching program?

Coaching is meant to help you learn how to integrate healthy living and goals into your life, and that includes travels! Each person is different and we may choose to co-create some strategies and help you plan for your trip or we may choose to back off on specific areas of focus. This is one area so many struggle with in reaching goals - meshing life and goals. I actually prefer you have some dates to travel so we can help teach you skills and educate you on ways to feel good while enjoying you and life!

Do I need to have a gym membership?

Nope! Coaching is 100% personalized, that includes where you workout. I will, however, let you know if I would recommend a gym type setting for you based on your mindset and goals.

How do I pay?

Payments are done via Stripe or Paypal, you will fill out the Commitment Form I provide you with which will get you set up for automatic withdrawals each month until you decide to you are read to continue on your own.
