  • Discuss your current or non-existing training plan and any recommended changes or place to start
  • Recommendations on changes needed to your current lifestyle and habits
  • Address any questions you may have

How it works

  1. Choose your consult via email or Skype and click ADD TO CART to purchase
  2. After purchase, a Questionnaire and will be sent to your email
  3. If you chose email, you will receive any additional questions from your questionnaire and 4-7 days later you will receive your consultation via email
  4. If you chose Skype (phone/video), after receiving your questionnaire we will set up a time and day to consult (45-Min Skype Session)

Fequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What’s the difference between an email consultation and a Skype video or phone consultation?

An email consultation simply takes out the face to face or voice to voice. Skype consultations allow for more questions to be answered in a shorter amount of time. Both receive a typed recommended protocol to direct you to your goals.

What will I receive after our consultation?

A PDF containing recommendations to each area of health to help bring you closer to your goals: analyzation of your current food intake - suggestive changes on each meal/day, review of your daily routine - giving suggestive nutrient timing and protocol changes, an inside look at your habits both mental and physical - providing education and mindset shifts to help overcome current thinking, integrating gut health foundational principles, review of current training routine and specific changes to best partner with your goals.

How long does it take to receive the written recommendations you provide?

Between 3 and 7 days.

How do I prepare for a video/phone consultation?

After booking your consultation session, I'll send you a Questionnaire. I recommend after filling it out to write down any questions, concerns, thoughts that you have. Things that may frustrate you, moments that challenge you the most in your journey and of course any outstanding pieces that are left undiscussed on the Questionnaire.

How do I purchase my add-ons?

Once click on 'Book your consultation', you'll head to the online shop and you will have the option to add the add-ons you like. Remember these add-ons are only available for those booking consultation or coaching services.

Are the consultation services refundable?
