In the consultation, we will review your current body stats, health history, diet and training routine, daily challenges, mindset, habit, and overall lifestyle to get the most insight into who you are and why you do what you do. This is then what allows me to create the most customized Starter Program and the recommended steps to get you moving in the direction of your goals, including:
- Defining your goals clearly and realistically
- Diet changes OR Calorie and macronutrient recommendations
- Changes to your current training plan and an exact plan for your desires/needs including gym or at-home workouts
- Mindset strategies to support desired changes in body/health
- Help with socializing and staying on track including tips for eating out and traveling
- Step-by-step with making meal prep easy (& delicious)!

- If you chose email, you will receive any additional questions from your questionnaire and 4-7 days later you will receive your consultation via email
- If you chose Phone/Video, after receiving your questionnaire we will set up a time and day to consult

What’s the difference between an email consultation and a Skype video or phone consultation?
An email consultation simply takes out the face to face or voice to voice. Video/phone consultations allow for a more personal discussion and relationship to be created. Both receive a typed recommended protocol to direct you to your goals.
What will I receive after our consultation?
A PDF containing a customized foundational plan to give you the step by step and necessary changes that will move you forward towards your goals. You are provided a clear plan including nutrition, fitness, mindset and lifestyle habit components to turn your current or non-existent routine into one that is actually going to provide you results including: recommended supplementation, baseline macronutrient intake level, nutrient timing, customized fitness plan with exactly what to do and when, mindset tips, a strategy to combat current life challenges and how to create a mindset that supports your goals.
How long does it take to receive the written recommendations you provide?
Between 5 and 7 days.
